You will see the person has identified three diverse good things on a particular day that logged positive personal and professional events. If you are not sure why a good think happened, you can speculate or hypothesise the underlying causes.
In addition, learning points can be used to try new or different behaviours in the future, with the intention of creating opportunities for additional good things to occur.
