Instructions

Find a quiet space without distractions, setting aside 20-30 mins.

Imagine yourself 5 years from now, having achieved your most important life goals and leading a rewarding, satisfying life.

Describe this future in vivid detail-

  • Be specific and realistic in your description
  • Cover key life areas (e.g., career, relationships, lifestyle)
  • Write in the present tense (as if you're already living this life)
  • Include concrete details (e.g., What does your typical day look like? What are your key relationships?)

After writing-

  • Read through what you wrote
  • Highlight the 3 most important elements
  • Identify one small step you could take this week towards this vision
  • Review your writing weekly to set new steps and review progress
  • Incorporate SMART goals if desired
